Noble Healthcare considers the guarding of customer and partner privacy as of the utmost importance. We are committed to preserving your privacy and we fully recognise the need for appropriate protection and management of any personally identifiable information you share with us.

Noble Healthcare only collects such information as is necessary to conduct business with customers, partners and suppliers.

Noble Healthcare only uses personal or business information in order to:

Provide better customer service
Perform authorised financial transactions with customers, partners or suppliers
Operate our business as it pertains to customers, partners and suppliers
Keep customers and partners informed about Noble Healthcare products and services

 

Doing business together

Noble Healthcare uses the information supplied to assist in doing business together. This includes product and service promotion, order fulfilment, customer support and for secure access to the Noble Healthcare website. Two examples are noted below:

Noble Healthcare needs to be able to contact customers and partners with regard to product upgrades and new products, new services and special offers. Customers may notify Noble Healthcare at any time if they wish not to receive any marketing communications from Noble Healthcare.
When ordering products and services, customers must provide contact information (eg name, delivery address) and financial information (eg credit-card number and expiration date). This information is used solely to fulfil customers order and invoice customers. This contact information is also used to get in touch with customers to resolve any order processing issues and deliveries.
We may need to pass personal details such as your name, business name and address to service providers who perform some of our deliveries. This may include major delivery companies, outsourced call centres, mail houses and third party fulfilment contractors.
We may also provide data to other business partners for various purposes, such as marketing research. In this situation, only details pertaining to the direct transaction and sales of our products will be released.
From time to time, you may receive information from Noble Healthcare in our general course of business. You can elect to not receive this information at any time. Your email address will not be added to any external mailing list or provided to any other third party unless we are required to do so by law.

The Noble Healthcare web site may contain links to other websites. Whilst Noble Healthcare makes a conscious effort to link only to sites that share respect for privacy, Noble Healthcare cannot take responsibility for the content or privacy practices adopted by such sites. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them.

 

Accountability and legislative compliance

Noble Healthcare will take appropriate disciplinary measures to enforce privacy responsibilities of its employees. If Noble Healthcare contracts with external service providers to provide service support, Noble Healthcare will require them to conform to the Noble Healthcare Group privacy policy.

The Noble Healthcare Privacy Statement has been developed in accordance with relevant local and international privacy legislation.
